Product
Vekts Analytics is designed for ecommerce stores, DTC brands, dropshippers, marketing teams and agencies that need to understand real profitability. It especially fits when you invest in Meta Ads or Google Ads and want to cross advertising spending with Shopify or PrestaShop sales. It also works for stores that are starting out and want to organize their KPIs before scaling up their investment.
No. Vekts Analytics includes dashboards, but the idea of the product is to go beyond reporting. Centralizes data, helps interpret profitability, allows working with AI agents, knowledge base, alerts, generation of images and videos with AI and preparation of campaigns. Some advanced features continue to evolve, but the focus is on turning data into operational decisions.
Not necessarily. Google Analytics and Looker Studio can still be useful for web analysis or personalized reporting. Vekts Analytics focuses on ecommerce, profit, ads and growth decisions. The difference is that Vekts Analytics combines sales, costs, traffic sources and commercial KPIs in an experience prepared for ecommerce teams, without having to set up dashboards from scratch.
You should not need any technical knowledge to use the main functions. The connection of Shopify, PrestaShop, Meta Ads and Google Ads is designed to guide the user from connectors and authorizations. To interpret metrics, the platform uses common KPI names in ecommerce such as ROAS, CAC, MER, margin and revenue, with a business-oriented experience.
Integrations
Active and priority integrations are Shopify, PrestaShop, Meta Ads and Google Ads. Shopify and PrestaShop cover the ecommerce, orders and sales part. Meta Ads and Google Ads cover the main sources of advertising traffic. The roadmap contemplates expanding connections, but these four are the ones that should be considered currently available in public communication.
Yeah. Shopify and PrestaShop are active ecommerce integrations in Vekts Analytics. They are used to synchronize store information, orders, sales and data necessary to analyze profitability. The exact availability of permissions and data may depend on each store's configuration, but both platforms are part of the current Vekts Analytics operational stack.
Yeah. Meta Ads and Google Ads are the active advertising traffic sources. Vekts Analytics allows you to centralize campaign metrics and cross them with ecommerce data to understand ROAS, blended ROAS, CAC and profitability. TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads may appear on the roadmap or coming soon, but should not be reported as active integrations if they are not yet operational.
TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, WooCommerce, GA4, Stripe, PayPal, Klaviyo, Amazon Ads and other future ones may appear in the roadmap or exploration. This means that they may be planned, under investigation, or pending prioritization, but should not be considered active connectors until Vekts Analytics officially marks them as available.
Yeah. You can request a new integration by explaining what tool you use, what data you need to synchronize and what business decision you want to use it for. That information helps prioritize the roadmap. Not all requests are developed immediately, but recurring requests for ecommerce, ads, payments, email marketing or analytics are usually the most useful for deciding priorities.
Integration issues
First check that you are logged in with the correct account and that you have sufficient permissions in Shopify, PrestaShop, Meta Ads or Google Ads. Then try reconnecting from the connectors section. If the error continues, save the screenshot, name of the integration, affected store or account, and approximate time of the attempt so that support can review permissions, token, or response from the provider.
An integration may appear offline if the token has expired, if permissions have been revoked, if the provider has changed authorizations, or if the store/ad account no longer allows access. It can also occur if the password was changed or roles were modified. This is usually resolved by reconnecting with the correct user and accepting the necessary permissions again.
Information may be missing if the initial sync is still processing, if the date range does not have data, if the connected account is not correct, or if the provider limits certain histories or fields. Filters, time zones and permissions also influence. First check the selected period, the connected account and the synchronization status before reporting it.
Check that the connected store is correct, that the permissions allow you to read orders and that there are no date filters hiding information. In PrestaShop, also check the module configuration or credentials. If synchronization is blocked, reconnect the store and send support the domain, date of the last visible order and date of the missing order.
Advertising campaigns
Vekts Analytics is preparing flows to help structure campaigns, copy and creative, especially with Meta MCP and ad generation. Exact availability may depend on the module and integration status. The platform should be used as operational and preparation support, not as a guarantee that a campaign will be automatically approved by Meta Ads or Google Ads.
If a campaign does not launch, it may be due to insufficient permissions, unselected ad account, validation errors, provider policies, invalid budget, or a temporary issue. First review the campaign status, required fields, ad identity, destination URL, and messages returned by Meta Ads or Google Ads before trying again.
If Meta Ads or Google Ads reject a campaign, the decision depends on your advertising policies. Vekts Analytics can help you prepare data, structure and creatives, but does not control the vendor review. Review the reason for rejection, modify claims, images, landing, segmentation or text, and send again from the corresponding advertising platform if applicable.
No. No external tool can guarantee that Meta Ads or Google Ads will approve a campaign. Approval depends on policies, advertising account, product, landing, claims, creatives and regulatory compliance. Vekts Analytics can help organize settings and best practices, but the final decision always lies with the advertising platform.
Check that the advertising account is connected, that you have permissions, that the budget is valid, that the destination URL works, that the creatives comply with formats and that there is no missing advertising identity. Also check dates, time zone, objective, audience, advertising account payment method and any technical messages returned by Meta Ads or Google Ads.
AI images, video and credits
Yeah. Vekts Analytics includes Generate ADS flows to work with AI images and AI UGC video, using prompts, visual references, product and, when applicable, avatar or reference video. These functions are aimed at creating advertising variations for ecommerce, but availability and limits depend on the plan, AI credits and status of each module.
IA credits represent generation capacity for images, videos or other creative flows. Each type of generation can consume a different amount depending on cost, model, duration or quality. Payment plans include monthly credits and there may also be extra packs. Vekts Analytics must clearly show limits and consumption before executing relevant actions.
If an image generation fails, it may be due to a vendor error, invalid prompt, unsupported reference image, file that is too large, or temporary issue. It is advisable to check the format, size, prompt and try again. If the error consumed credits without returning a result, save the error and report it to review if compensation is appropriate.
A video generation can fail due to provider saturation, unsupported reference, blocked prompt, processing time or file error. Videos usually take longer than images. Before repeating, check that the reference product, avatar or video meets the requirements. If the system marks a definitive failure, send the identifier or capture to support.
If AI credits are consumed and you do not receive an image or video, do not repeat too many times without checking the status. There may be a job in process, a visual timeout or a supplier failure. Save capture, time, generation type and approximate prompt. Support may review the attempt and, if appropriate, recover credits or indicate the technical reason.
Metrics and profitability
You can analyze ecommerce and marketing metrics such as revenue, advertising spend, ROAS, blended ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, conversions, margin and profit. The main value is in crossing sales data from Shopify or PrestaShop with Meta Ads and Google Ads to understand not only how much you sell, but if the growth leaves real profit.
ROAS typically measures revenue attributed to a specific platform divided by its advertising spend. Blended ROAS looks at the business more globally: total revenue versus total advertising spend. In ecommerce, blended ROAS helps avoid decisions based only on Meta Ads or Google Ads attribution, because it is closer to the real efficiency of the whole.
CAC means customer acquisition cost. Indicate how much money you need to invest to get a new client. It is key because a campaign can generate sales, but if the CAC exceeds the margin or customer value, the growth is not profitable. Vekts Analytics helps read CAC along with revenue, margin, LTV and profit.
Yeah. The platform is aimed at analyzing ecommerce profitability, not just sales. By combining orders, costs, ad spend and performance metrics, you can understand if a store, channel, campaign or product leaves enough margin. The quality of the analysis depends on the costs and connected data being properly configured.
A campaign can have good ROAS and still lose money if the product margin is low, there are high shipping costs, aggressive discounts, returns, fees or high CAC. That is why Vekts Analytics gives importance to profit, margin and blended ROAS. Looking only at ROAS can hide that the business is selling a lot but earning little.
Yes, that is one of the main use cases. By connecting ecommerce and ads, Vekts Analytics allows you to cross advertising spending with orders and profitability metrics. This way you can identify campaigns that scale healthily, campaigns with apparent ROAS but insufficient margin, and opportunities to redistribute budget toward better channels or creatives.
Data and attribution
Meta Ads uses proprietary attribution models and can attribute conversions that Shopify or PrestaShop otherwise track. Attribution windows, time zone, duplicate events, returns, and differences between gross and net revenue also influence. Vekts Analytics helps compare these sources, but does not completely eliminate natural differences between platforms.
Advertising attribution is how a platform decides which ad, campaign, or channel receives credit for a sale or conversion. Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms use different rules and models. That is why the same sale can appear attributed to several sites. Vekts Analytics helps put those numbers in context with real ecommerce data.
No analytics system is 100% accurate when combining multiple platforms, ad attribution, permissions, time zones, and ecommerce data. Vekts Analytics seeks to offer a consistent and actionable vision, especially profitability. If you see differences, check sources, dates, filters, currency, taxes, discounts, and sync status before jumping to conclusions.
The frequency may depend on the integration, configuration and synchronization process available. Some syncs may run periodically and others require manual action or retry if there are errors. For daily decisions, always check the last visible sync time in the connector or dashboard, especially before analyzing active campaigns.
It depends on the decision. To scale ads, look at ROAS, blended ROAS, CAC and margin. For business health, look at profit, MER, AOV, LTV and net revenue. For creatives, analyze performance by campaign, set, or ad. Vekts Analytics tries to bring these metrics together so that you are not dependent on a single isolated indicator.
Agencies and teams
Yeah. An agency can use Vekts Analytics to centralize ecommerce client results, reduce manual reporting and explain profitability with data from Shopify, PrestaShop, Meta Ads and Google Ads. It is especially useful when the client needs to understand real profit, not just impressions, clicks or ROAS attributed by each advertising platform.
Yes, the white label is part of the Business approach for agencies and teams that want to offer the platform under their own identity. Allows you to work with clients using your own branding and controlled limits. Availability may depend on the Business plan and publicly defined WL user levels for Lite, Growth and Scale.
Security and data
Vekts Analytics should request only the permissions necessary to synchronize and analyze data. As in any SaaS connected to ecommerce and ads, it is important to review permissions, use authorized users and revoke access that you no longer use. The platform is designed to centralize business data, not to sell data or modify information unnecessarily.
The ecommerce integration is aimed at reading and analyzing data, not modifying orders or products in your store. Vekts Analytics uses information from Shopify or PrestaShop to calculate KPIs such as revenue, margin, CAC or profit. If any future features require additional permissions, this should be clearly explained before requesting permission.
Campaign functions should differentiate between preparing, analyzing, and executing changes. Vekts Analytics can help structure campaigns, generate copy or review data, but any action that modifies Meta Ads or Google Ads depends on permissions, integration and user confirmation. It should not be assumed that the platform changes campaigns without authorization.
Yeah. You can disconnect integrations from Vekts Analytics and, if you want a complete revocation, also from the source platform, such as Shopify, Meta Business, Google Ads or the configuration of authorized apps. When you revoke permissions, syncing will stop and some metrics will stop updating until you reconnect the account.
Yeah. You can request deletion of data in accordance with Vekts Analytics public policies and applicable regulations. Deletion may include account data, integrations and synchronized data, respecting legal or technical obligations where applicable. To speed up the process, indicate the account email, workspace and specific data you want to delete.
Vekts Analytics should not sell your ecommerce data, customers, campaigns or integrations. The data is used to deliver analytics, synchronization, KPIs, alerts and AI functions within the product. For complete legal details, it is advisable to review the privacy policy, cookie policy, legal notice and data deletion page.
If you disconnect an integration, Vekts Analytics will stop syncing new data from that source. Already imported data may still be visible depending on configuration and retention policy, but will not be updated. You can reconnect whenever you want if you maintain sufficient permissions. For complete removal, use the corresponding data request channels.
Plans and pricing
Yeah. Vekts Analytics includes a free option to get started, test the platform and understand its structure. Paid plans expand limits such as number of stores, AI chat messages, knowledge base, creative storage, AI credits and access to advanced features. The pricing page should be consulted to see current limits.
Plans vary by number of stores, AI messages, knowledge base documents, alerts, creative storage, AI credits, and feature access. Starter, Pro and Business increase capacity according to volume. Business is also aimed at agencies and white label. Check the pricing page to compare updated limits before choosing.
If you have a store and are just starting out, you can start with Free or Starter depending on your needs for AI messages, credits and features. If you already invest seriously in Meta Ads or Google Ads and need more analysis, Pro usually makes more sense. The decision depends on order volume, advertising spending and use of AI generation.
For agencies, Pro can be useful if you manage few projects and do not need a white label. Business is the plan aimed at teams with more stores, clients and white label. The Business Lite, Growth and Scale levels depend on the number of WL users you want to manage. Also evaluate AI credits, storage and reporting needs.
Yeah. You should be able to cancel your subscription based on current billing conditions. Upon cancellation, some paid features may no longer be available at the end of the applicable period. Before canceling, export or review important information and disconnect integrations if you no longer want them linked to your workspace.
Yeah. Public tools such as ROAS, margin, CAC, LTV, MER or UTM generator calculators are designed to be used without login and without a database. They work for the client and help make quick decisions. To automate the analysis with real data from your store, it is recommended to connect Vekts Analytics.
IA credits depend on the plan. Free may have limited capacity or no credits, while plans like Starter, Pro and Business include monthly credits according to the pricing table. Some generations, especially video AI, may consume more credits. Always check the current plan and estimated cost before generating.
Support
You can contact support from the channels available in Vekts Analytics or from the public contact information. To receive faster help, explain the problem in detail, including screenshots, affected integration, workspace, date and steps to reproduce it. If it is data or AI credits, add the date range or specific intent.
Includes account email, workspace, affected URL or section, integration involved, error capture, approximate time, browser and steps to reproduce it. If it is a synchronization problem, indicate date range and compared source. If it is IA generation, indicate type of generation, approximate prompt and if credits were consumed.
Yeah. Reporting bugs helps improve Vekts Analytics. A good report explains what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and how to repeat the problem. The screenshots and error messages are especially useful. If the bug affects integrations, payments, data or AI credits, avoid retrying multiple times before sending the report.
Yeah. Feedback from online stores, agencies and ecommerce teams is important to prioritize roadmap. You can suggest new integrations, dashboard improvements, metrics, campaign flows, image generation, video AI or team support. The more concrete the use case, the easier it will be to evaluate impact and priority.
