Using the platform
Vekts Analytics is an analytics and AI platform for ecommerce. You must use it lawfully, keep your account secure and only connect stores and ad accounts you are authorised to use. You are responsible for the content you create and publish with it.
Limits of liability
Metrics, forecasts and AI recommendations are provided for information. Decisions about your budgets and campaigns are yours. We work to keep the service available and the data accurate, but we cannot guarantee it at all times.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law and the courts of Oslo, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
