Who we are

What we process

Account data (name, email), billing data (handled by Stripe or Shopify), the data you choose to connect from your stores, ad platforms, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, and technical logs needed for security. We use it to provide the service, support you and meet legal obligations.

Google user data

If you connect Google, Vekts Analytics only requests read access: analytics.readonly (GA4 metrics and the list of your properties so you can choose one), webmasters.readonly (Search Console clicks, impressions, CTR, position and queries) and adwords (campaign, ad group and ad metrics; Google Ads has no read-only scope, and Vekts never creates, edits or deletes anything in Google Ads). This data is only used to show you your own dashboards, reports, alerts and recommendations. It is never sold, never used for advertising or to train general AI models, and only shared with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time in Connectors or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Vekts Analytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
